My Story

Be Prepared to Support Self-Healing

Liz James · May 26, 2023 ·

These products (along with a few others) literally saved my tooshie this month. I used points to replace what I’ve used to keep myself out of the world of mainstream medicine. So basically… except for shipping… I received free health and wellness tool replacements.🙌🙌

We each have the capacity to self-heal if we are willing to do the work beforehand. What does that mean🤔?

✅️Practice on the small stuff, so you tread confidently when the big stuff goes down. (The Month of May was one of those rare occasions for me for the big stuff).

✅️Always take advantage of any education that comes your way. Some of the best education comes in the form of personal stories. (This month of May gave me a doozie!🥴🙄😳 to tell… and I will report here, soon). Take good notes… you just never know when the application of knowledge becomes extremely important to the mind, body, and to our bank account.

Farmlife

Liz James · February 8, 2023 ·

The view from here wasn’t pretty this morning ⚡️🌨🌊. I wouldn’t trade farmlife for anything despite the curveballs North Texas weather throws at us. I will say, challenging days like this separates the farm folk from the city dwellers. I think back to our ancestors and admire them so much. I’m pretty tough and willing to do hard things on the regular, but the thought of our people in covered wagons or sod houses (both of which were part of my family’s history) in this kind of rain….I can’t imagine not having a dry warm place to retreat to with running water to rinse off all the mud.

Our ancestors (all of ours), were made of tougher cloth, or we wouldn’t be here . They endured life in ways we can’t easily imagine. I daresay, our current combined generations would have a hard time surviving if “common comforts” were taken away. It’s a good thing to get uncomfortable sometimes. 🙃 It reminds us of our basic luxuries and it is in our uncomfortableness that we are most often innovative and experience growth.

That’s how I started my own health journey when I was in my 30’s. I was uncomfortable enough with my health situation that I was willing to seek a better way. 20+ later I thank God for that uncomfortableness!🙏❤️

Reading Challenge

Liz James · January 30, 2023 ·

In September of 2020, I heard & obeyed what God said to do (& NOT do). Walking away from a 6 figure income might have been a scary endeavor had God not already prepared my heart (and Charlie’s too) to step into obedience. The last few years have been full of surprises & opportunities I would have never experienced had I chosen to ignore what God said and stayed where it would be considered “uncomfortably comfortable” by most: when personal values don’t align with employer status quo.

Book 1: The School of Obedience is an oldie I had never read before. It’s loaded with pearls of wisdom & heapings of truth. I highly recommend it. We can’t fully walk in God’s blessings if we aren’t obedient enough to responsibly receive them.

Book 2: Arise and Stand is written by my friend Andrea. Wheeew!🙌❤️🙏 It’s part autobiography & part Bible study. The subtitle is “Breaking through oppression and walking in the full freedom of Christ.” Spiritual oppression is real y’all…. as Christians we don’t tend to talk about that enough. Good versus evil every single day, & if a person is struggling, there’s oppression plain & simple. The question is….. is the person comfortable being spiritually oppressed? I see this in my practice at a health level with some clients….. so many people are comfortable in their discomfort for a variety of reasons, even tho that thinking is to their detriment😥. Another book I give two 👍👍to.

Book 3: I learned the truth about vaccines probably 20 years ago, and the truth (re: safety and efficacy) is NOT what we were taught in Pharmacy school. The title of this book will make more sense once you dig into it. It has 1240 references and solidly affirms the truth we were not taught. Shocker (not!!) …. profit over purpose is a common theme in the vax industry. It’s a great book for the seasoned truth seeker, but might be a little on the heavy side for newbies. (If someone is in the latter category, I would suggest instead reading 📚 Dissolving Illusions by Dr Suzanne Humphries as a starting point).

Are you reading any books right now that are pushing you to grow & become a better version of you? I’d love to borrow from your list!

The Liz of Many Hats

Liz James · January 27, 2023 ·

Since leaving a traditional pharmacy job in September 2020, I never would have dreamed I’d be wearing so many hats on a daily basis (and loving each one of them!). There’s more in my closet btw, these are just the ones I happened to wear today. God is so good and each day is a blessing to both give and receive🙏.
