Roll On bottle Trio…… Are you making roller bottles, or do you tend to use your oils “neat” (undiluted)? A little oil goes a loooong way, and in most cases (with a few exceptions) you will get more bang for your buck by using your oils diluted with a quality carrier oil. Other advantages to diluting oils (or using a roller bottle)…..
ease of use… so much easier to roll than drip! when you dilute with a quality carrier oil, you are slowing down the evaporation rate of the oil, effectively creating an “extended-release” version of your oil of choice. when you dilute, you are able to create a less potent version for sensitive skin situations (this includes little kids and elder skin). -
Purification is a house favorite, especially in seasons where there are biting bugs

Sulfurzyme tho….. If I could give everyone the gift of Sulfurzyme, I would! When it was a freebie 10 years ago, I didn’t know a thing about it, but it was free…. so I thought, “What the heck”, I’m going to try it. Sulfurzyme is the friend of pretty much anyone who has chronic inflammation. In my case, I lived with a VERY inflamed bladder…. which meant I felt like I had to pee constantly. I had already changed my diet, and that helped by about 50%. Still, getting up several times a night to go to the bathroom (again, my story was inflammation) was really cramping my sleep style. It took about 3-4 weeks to fully kick in, but the effects have been incredible for me….. literally life-changing! Since then, I’ve had a pretty severe accident and was told by my surgeon that I would probably have pain and walk with a limp for the rest of my life.
