The true pandemic. If you bought a few vowels, CVD would become the 2020 all too familiar word of the year.
17 million should have the mainstream media up in arms and fear mongering like there truly was no tomorrow… especially since that number dwarfs the current 973K worldwide #electioninfection deaths (200K in the USA)…. instead of the crickets we get on this topic. If all the attention had been on eliminating the risk factors of CVD, imagine how many lives would be saved yearly…. so why the crickets then?
…..Massive media attention to CVD (no vowels 😉) would mean food would have to become healthy, exercise would become commonplace, Lazyboys would be empty, emotions would be dealt with in a healthy manner, cigarettes and vaping would be outlawed, and stress would be recognized and managed properly…… and who wants that kind of control raining down on them? I certainly don’t! We live in a free country🇺🇸 thank goodness!… free to choose how we live and eat despite the health outcome.
Most CVD is ultimately self induced and it’s human nature to want to lay blame elsewhere rather than recognizing where the real problem lies. Perhaps that is also why putting faith in something that won’t even keep smoke out 😷( not my words… the CDC said it ) instead of learning how to build and maintain a healthy immune system has been so easy to sell to the general public.
Our bodies will always be a work in progress, and having a healthy body you trust to protect and serve you requires an ownership mentality. Put in the effort and your body will respond accordingly, just as God designed it to.
Thank goodness we have health freedom here in the USA 🇺🇸to do just that. Not every country is so blessed and given the climate in today’s world, we probably ought not be quick to take it for granted. Freedom isn’t free. It takes work to make it happen.
