We (the USA) spend more money on “healthcare” care than any other country in the world, yet we are among the sickest. The biggest reason for this is that a person forfeits their health when they hand over their care to someone else without asking lots and lots and lots of questions first, during, and always.
We are our own best advocates.
Yes, it requires some work. All good things do.
No, you don’t have to be an expert. Just a willingness to learn and listen to how your own body speaks.
Yes, it is helpful to have a mentor or coach who has a strong background or license. “Coach” is a term used very loosely these days. A coach can have a sandlot team or an NFL status. Choose wisely.
No, it’s not expensive. Being chronically sick IS tho. It’s much easier to reverse a process earlier rather than later.
